Seeking Alpha Events Policy
Last updated: June 2026
We look forward to welcoming you at our upcoming Seeking Alpha event. This Seeking Alpha Events Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to conduct at and registration to our events. Seeking Alpha prides itself with creating an environment of kindness and mutual respect, a place where all participants are able to engage on important topics in investing. All participants are required to adhere to this policy. It shall apply to all events, may be revised at any time and is not negotiable.
Registrations and Cancellations
You may register for a live on-line event or webinar offered by Seeking Alpha from time to time (the “Event”), in accordance with the specific instructions relating to such registration.
Registrations are individual and Event access links cannot be shared by multiple attendees.
Registrations are subject to acceptance and availability by Seeking Alpha and, if applicable, subject to successfully subscribing or identifying as an existing subscriber to a Seeking Alpha product, and/or payment of any fees. The acceptance of registrations is at the sole discretion of Seeking Alpha and may be revoked at any time.
Unless otherwise specified, you must be 18 years of age or older to attend an Event.
Event agendas are correct when published. Content and speakers may change under special circumstances and without notice.
In the rare event that Seeking Alpha cancels or postpones an Event, you will be made aware of it as soon as reasonably practicable. Seeking Alpha is not responsible for any losses or damages as a result of cancellations or postponements.
If it is indicated by Seeking Alpha that your registration is subject to certain fees, then:
Fees shall be exclusive of any and all taxes, surcharges, levies or duties and you shall be responsible for paying such taxes as applicable.
Fees are correct at the time of publishing. Seeking Alpha may change the fees at any time and without notice. However, changes to the fees will not affect registrations already processed and confirmed by Seeking Alpha.
Any applicable fees apply to one registration for one attendee at the Event.
Paid fees are non-refundable, unless specifically stated otherwise in writing in connection with your registration to a particular event.
