Last updated: September 2024
We look forward to welcoming you at our upcoming Seeking Alpha event. The Seeking Alpha Events policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to conduct at and registration to our events. Seeking Alpha prides itself with creating an environment of kindness and mutual respect, a place where all participants are able to engage on important topics in investing. All participants are required to adhere to this policy. It shall apply to all virtual, hybrid and in-person events, may be revised at any time and is not negotiable.
Event Code of Conduct
All event participants are expected to behave in a professional manner and in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.
Harassment will not be tolerated in any form, including but not limited to harassment based on gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, political affiliation, or any other legally protected characteristic. Bullying, microaggression, intimidation and any other behaviors that interfere with any individual’s experience or participation are unacceptable.
Offensive language and profanity are not permitted. We will not tolerate anyone attacking or threatening another person or threatening or promoting violence or sustained interruptions of other participants or speakers.
Seeking Alpha reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude any individual from participation in any event, or expel any individual currently in attendance in any event, who engages in unprofessional, disruptive or harassing behavior, or any behavior that otherwise violates this policy or constitutes any security risk, whether in an in-person interaction or through any online communication such as chats, emails or other messaging systems.
Event participants are expected to be honest and transparent in their interactions with other participants with regard to their name, title, company, and business intention during networking opportunities throughout the event.
The speakers, agenda, timing, venue and content are at the sole discretion of Seeking Alpha and may be subject to change without notice. Any presentations, hand-outs or other content to be delivered or provided at the event are for general informational purposes only and not intended to constitute or substitute legal, financial or other professional advice.
Seeking Alpha does not take account of an individual’s objectives or financial situation and does not offer any personalized investment advice. Any content and tools on the Seeking Alpha platform are offered for information purposes only. Seeking Alpha is not a licensed securities dealer, broker, US investment adviser, or investment bank.
No personalized investment advice may be provided in any Seeking Alpha event in any manner. Any violation of this requirement will result in legal consequences, including but not limited to immediate removal from the event.
Seeking Alpha is not responsible or liable for any views or opinions provided at the event by speakers, panelists or attendees.

When attending the event, you may interact with third parties who may collect your personal information. Seeking Alpha is not responsible for these parties and encourages you to review their privacy policies carefully.
By attending the event, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Seeking Alpha, its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and any other third party involved in or related to the event harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees), or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of (a) your violation of this code; (b) your actions in connection with and/or while attending the event; (c) your violation of the rights of any third party.
Any and all other costs or expenses associated with your attendance at an event shall be borne solely by you, and Seeking Alpha shall have no liability for such costs or expenses.
Registration, Fees and Cancellations
Registrations are subject to acceptance and availability by Seeking Alpha and, if applicable, subject to successful payment of the fees. The acceptance of registrations is at the sole discretion of Seeking Alpha and may be revoked at any time.
Unless otherwise specified, you must be 21 years of age or older to attend a Seeking Alpha event.
Fees (if applicable) are correct at the time of publishing. Seeking Alpha may change the fees at any time, however changes will not affect registrations already confirmed by Seeking Alpha. Paid ticket passes are non-refundable, unless specifically stated otherwise in writing in connection with your registration to a particular event.
Any applicable fees apply to one attendee at the event. Individual tickets and/or event accesses cannot be shared by multiple attendees.
Event agendas are correct when published but content, speakers and venue may change under special circumstances and without notice. For in-person events, if the venue changes, attendees will be notified.
If you are unable to attend an event, please contact Seeking Alpha at events@seekingalpha.com as soon as possible. You may be able to swap your ticket for an alternative relevant event, at the discretion of Seeking Alpha.
In the rare event that Seeking Alpha cancels or postpones an event, you will be made aware of it as soon as practical. If an event is canceled or postponed and you are unable to attend the new date, you will be refunded any charged fees within 10 weeks (if applicable). Seeking Alpha is not responsible for any losses or damages as a result of cancellations or postponements.
